The fully gated complex itself is very small with only 5 elegant buildings of each 3 levels, all facing the community infinity pool, some people are living there full time, however the majority uses it for holidays only.
The apartment iself is built modernly and the interior has been decorated with a touch of Africa. A lot of wooden elements were used combined with natural materials providing maximum coziness.
A small welcoming income hall connects the salon through a small corridor leading to the living room with open plan kitchen. The beautiful view immediately springs to eye with in the corner the mesmerizing turqoise colour (and sound) of the infinity pool.
The kitchen is fully equiped and fitted with Electrolux appliances, such as oven, microwave and dishwasher. A little walk-in-cupboard hides the washing machine and offers some shelves for cleaning products and washing utensils. There’s a small but very inviting kitchen island, ideal for cocktail making or keeping one company whilst cooking. Furthermore there’s a lovely dining area in the corner of the kitchen. The salon is rather spacious an offers 2 comfortable sofas as well as a Samsung Frame smart TV, which can also be seen from the kitchen.
The covered terrace embraces the living room both to the front and side and a little uncovered private garden lies just before. The outdoor part breathes a tropical atmoshpere with a sturdy wooden dining table for receiving up to 8 guests and 2 bamboo sunbeds.
Inside we find 2 bedrooms which both look out into the garden. The master bedroom is foreseen from a super-king sized bed and has fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has been designated as an office space for those that are privileged to work from home. For those renting for at least 11 months and request it, we can however turn this into a 2rd bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms with shower of which one has an exterior window.
Truly an apartment that must be seen to be fully appreciated. Ideal for a couple seeking a quiet spot to live, yet still near to both Marbella and Estepona.
